I can almost 100% assure you that your husband does NOT wish to retire with Shakira.

Of course I do not KNOW that, but I suspect he has other… ummm.. intentions that, while they may include a rocking chair, might not be a great deal of sitting!

We men can be shallow piggies… but most of us are realistic shallow piggies! Thus I can pretty much assure you that, like me, he is totally in love with the beautiful Tica he HAS and is most likely happy as a clam with you!

Further, if Shakira were to EVER show up on our doorsteps,you would find it nothing less than hilarious as both your husband and I would probably trip over our own tongues trying to be suave and debonair but of course we would act the 100% dork.

That would, of course in MY case, immediately follow the heart attack.

As for being shallow… I am proud to say I cultivate shallowness when it comes to Shakira, but strive for higher ideals in real life.

As for Joan? Nice lady… not overly bright though … and if it were not for a young Bob Dylan, Woody Guthrie, and a few country folk from the 1800′s, she would never have sung a note in public. Her poetry WAS lousy and she couldn’t write music if her life depended on it.

However, as an honor to you, I am listening right this moment to a little something from her early years.
